These terms and conditions regulate the juridical relationship between the advertiser (client, called CL below) and the operator of the website (Contractor, called CO below), Henk E. van Egmond, Managing Director Direct Berth International BV, Netherlands

Privacy:
CO respects the privacy of the customers and strives for optimal protection of all personal information by technical and organizational means. Personal information about the advertiser such as address and email address are not forwarded to third parties. They are published on the website in the personal marina advertisement page for commercial reasons. All used payment systems including Credit card data is transferred over a SSL-secured connection.

Content of the ads:
CO takes no responsibility whatsoever for text, pictures or links in the ads. CL is fully responsible for all content in his or her ad. CL ensures the provided ads conform to the law and in particular that they do not infringe upon any third party rights (e.g. copyrights) or that the ad does not constitute a criminal offense. CL takes over all resulting judicial and out-of-court costs in connection with the requirements of third parties or with other procedures. If CO determines an ad is an abusive use of the service, or if he is advised by an external party of illegal content, he reserves the right to remove the advertisement from the database immediately without notice.

Ad pricing and payment:
The ad prices can change at any time without prior notice. Payment is made exclusively with Ideal, Giropay, Banktransfer and MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Refunds are not granted.

Duration of the ads:
The duration of the ad is 1 full year. A shorter duration does not entitle a refund. Due to technical reasons, no guarantee can be given that the website will operate without interruption at all times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availablity of the advertisement.

Applicable rights and area of jurisdiction:
Area of jurisdiction is Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Dutch legal rights exclusively apply.
